A failed vacation is the definition I can give to the days I stayed at this "hotel", which in my opinion should not even receive one star. The room offered was much smaller than what we booked on the website, which we had booked in advance. We were 4 people, a couple and 2 teenagers, the room available had only 2 single beds + auxiliary bed, the owner's justification was that it was the only room available, contradicting the reservation that had been made 15 days in advance. Community refrigerator, which had been said would only be used by us, the bedroom wall and ceiling were moldy, the bed linen was clean at least, however, there was not enough pillows. The air conditioning, which was as noisy as a boat, with no start button, could be activated with your finger, "and the fear of getting shocked." No one was at the entrance throughout the day and night, which is extremely dangerous for those with their families. Only in the morning were we greeted by a shirtless man smoking like a dragon. The only thing I couldn't complain about was the showers, which worked well. The only reason I didn't change hotels was because it was high season and there were no others available in the region. Hostel is the definition I would give to this unfamiliar corner. I don't recommend it in any way.

Despite the friendliness of the owner, the place is an adaptation of a guesthouse, at least in the room I stayed in: the size of the room offered is much smaller than that on the reservation website, there are no windows, just a rocker; the mattress was bigger than the bed frame, making it a little crooked, in addition to the fact that it was stained and very used; If the person is allergic, they will suffer, as air circulation is minimal. The bathroom, despite apparently being clean, after using the flush, there was a bit of a sewage odor; the toilet made noise all night long, with water flowing; the hot water is not effective; the bathroom ceiling has mold. During the early hours of the morning, I could hear the noise of other guests in the kitchen, around 2 am. I didn't find a minibar in the room, just a refrigerator in the kitchen, different from what was described on the booking website. At least there is no sale of mineral water or sweets, the solution is to go out and buy them. I didn't see any WiFi cards. I respect the owner's work, however, when advertising on any website, it should be more faithful to the description of the place, as it is not in the form of an inn, but rather a hostel or a hostel, but the daily rate similar to that of a luxury hotel is charged. 2 stars, in this case it was 171 reais. I booked based on Google reviews, this time, either I'm unlucky and annoying or the other guests stayed in different rooms than mine. I just didn't go to another hotel, because I would have received a fine from booking for being tired from the trip, and the other nearby hotels were fully booked. Only stay if you can't find another place on the river. I do not recommend. Icing on the cake: the owner sends a message apologizing for what happened and justifying the room given because it was full. The reservation was made in advance and for that reason I have no excuses. It is unable to offer accommodation, does not advertise. Update and finalization: I complained to the website that I made the reservation and got a refund from the owner.
