Hotel close to a very busy road where cars speed through all night. Unkempt building. No double glazed windows mean you can hardly sleep. Narrow, congested, claustrophobic common areas. Breakfast service is decent but not worth the abuse you will face from the reception staff during your stay. There's one extremely rude receptionist who will make sure you have a very bad start to the visit of a beautiful city. If you look non-european, avoid this hotel as a plague because if you come across this receptionist, she will racially abuse you hundred percent. I have travelled in a lot of countries and stayed in many hotels, but never seen any staff members as rude as the one in this hotel. They don't even know what guests, customers mean. You don't book a hotel to get abused by someone who is supposed to welcome you.

It's a beautiful building The breakfast was lovely a good choice in a buffet. The only thing is the room was boiling and we had to open the windows all the time so the traffic noise was really loud. There was only 1 english speaking channel which was sky News. Even to get tea you had to carry it up the lift and it was cold by the time you got to your room. They charge for every cup and it's expensive. There's no Kettle in the room either which is a pain. It was clean and pretty nice but we were left the same towels and sheets for 3 nights which I've never experienced before. You can get better but in a pinch it's ok.

The room that we stayed was really cold,I don't know why everyone is saying that it was warm and there was no heating in the bathroom, which made the room even colder, especially after taking a shower. The breakfast was simple and the woman in the reception was rude and tried to charge our friends for disorderly conduct, while there were being really quiet !!!!

My personal experience it was mostly terrible. My room was dirty a lot I asked to clean at least three times but I don’t know probably as a student the stuff didn’t got me seriously. I did many complaints about the room and I reached a point where I was asking for cleaning tools to clean it myself because I was disgusted by how dirty it was most of the stuff weren’t welcoming towards my group and although I told worn them about a bad review they still did not manage to clean my room. P.S. For the future customers please check you sheets and under your bed in my case some of the sheets were dirty and there were leftovers under the bed not to mention about the bathroom as the pictures shows.
