To anyone wanting to be pampered and treated like they are part of a family this is a must. The service was outstanding in every way, from the warm greeting each morning to the meals, spa and everyone in between. We had a small issue with the softness of the bed in our first room and were promptly shown two other rooms through the complex to choose from. I cant mention enough of how relaxing it was to swim in your own private pool, open air nature shower and bathroom. It allowed your senses to be stimulated all the while performing what is generally a daily chore of cleansing. The main bedroom was extremely spacious and air-conditioning worked a treat.. Overall we spent just over 5 days in heaven 😊. If you are heading to Ubud please consider staying at either the Pramana Watu Kurung OR Artist Village, you will not be disappointed..

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are super friendly and can't help enough. We did free morning yoga which was great, had a group walk around the village and had a floating breakfast. The private pools are so great, too. We had such a wonderful time here, I would highly recommend it to any couple.

We started off here with dinner and in a small amazing little room with a view. Full of atmosphere ruined by someone with the need to sing using a microphone. So reccomend eating dinner somewhere else if you want to hear anyone speak. The rooms were amazing. Large with pools for the villa. I was unfortunate to be in the village which meant a buggy ride back and forth from the dining and main area when needed and navigating a number of dogs. During the day is fine. At night it can be a bit much. Wanted to rest and relax but was unable to do so with construction work next door...which can't be helped. But they were unable to move me. Didn't help that those workers could look over the fence into my pool shower and bath which would have been great to use. The curtains they provide can't block all of that. The overall views from the place and the staff are super nice. I would have loved this place with a better room or a change of rooms. Something to look out for on your stay.

It's relatively easy to find a nice hotel in Bali. But finding one that stands out is difficult. The Pramana Watukurung is one such hotel. We stayed here for over a week - split between a suite in the main hotel area and a private villa in the Artist Village. This is a 5 minute walk from the main area, but there is always a golf cart ready to drive you around. I was happy about the few steps before/after the excellent dinner. It's all the little details that make the hotel so special. To name just a few: the attentive staff who are always ready to help. Be it organising a tour or booking a massage in the spa. The lovingly furnished rooms or villas in the middle of a tropical garden. You also get (effective) mosquito protection in your room in the evening so you can enjoy a cosy evening outside. The shuttle service to Ubud, the morning yoga class and much more. The spa area is also excellent. It may not be the cheapest massage in Bali, but it's certainly the best we've enjoyed here. We felt completely at ease and will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Bali.

While on a holiday in Bali my husband surprised me on my birthday and we renewed our vows at the Pramana Watu Kurung. Miss Ratni and her team did an outstanding job to make sure that everything was arranged. We could not have wished for anything more, it was beyond our expectations! The ceremony, the flower decorations, the romantic dinner, our villa where we got to spend the night ánd the floating breakfast.... just WOW! If you are looking for a place to get married, renew your vows or a romantic getaway in Ubud we highly recommend you to book your stay at the Pramana.
