After having reviewed thousands of structures including hotels, resorts, restaurants of both low, medium and even high levels, I can say with certainty that I will have assigned 1 star to 5/6 structures out of hundreds and hundreds of reviews. Nothing went wrong in this stay. Let's start from check in, it's modern and nice, unfortunately the positive things end here, from here the whole descent of things that aren't good at all begins. The mattress of the double bed defined as new has depressions that can be traced back to a classic intensive use of a mattress, the two depressions are very uncomfortable and harmful to the back. There are 3 pillows for 2 people and not 4 as there usually are even in 1 star hotels or hostels. The bathroom is very ruined, both the shower and the floor, giving the impression of being dirty. Dirty that is not just an idea unfortunately. Dirty shower, dust everywhere. The worst thing is certainly the persistent smell of sewer both in the room and in the bathroom, especially where it was unbearable, so much so that it forced us to keep the window open even at night. The air conditioner is noisy to get some heat, the plastic fins bang and make a lot of noise, you can hear it a lot during the night. Unfortunately I'm very sorry because I never review when these things happen but faced with spending more than 110 euros for one night for a room and that's it I can't remain silent! I don't expect refunds, (which sometimes happened for much less) I'm not even interested in the monetary part but it's just a question of respect for the customer, which wasn't there. Rome is big, for this price there are better things at a much more honest price. Ps the room described as triple is equipped with a sofa on which it is impossible to even just sit because it is about 10 centimeters high from the ground, but which triple and triple. I'm sorry, but it was a disaster from the first moment we entered until we left, I pointed out our problems and as I imagined after the apologies (which are always well accepted) the justifications arrived, unfortunately there are no justifications to hold up here, everything needs to be rearranged a bit before even just offering a room at a similar price.
