Wow. The service and room were both excellent, with the staff providing free snacks, coffee, and candy. It was well decorated for Christmas, and was large for a single room in Europe. The staff was helpful and helped us both with transportation to and from airport, gave us good recommendations for restaurants, and explained the best ways to get to hot spots in the city. It was also located relatively close to shopping, bars, restaurants, dessert and more.

Amazing location in Chiaia! It’s a great area of Naples, with lots of restaurants and amazing gelaterie - the staff is extremely helpful and kind. When back in Naples, I will definitely look into booking the same accommodation. The room is great too and the mattress is super comfortable. I found the complementary “snack box” to be a lovely extra touch. Would recommend 10/10!

My wife and I stayed here for our first night in Italy and it was absolutely amazing. Stephany was a great host and went above and beyond to help us with any questions. Walking distance from many restaurants, cafes, and an atm close by.

What a great room! It was clean, modern, great views from the balcony, a great part of Naples as opposed to historic downtown where it is graffiti ridden. The service here was amazing. Our front desk person was so helpful and assisted my wife with her suitcase. My only complaint is that they do not have a lift. You have to climb a narrow stairwell to get to your room. If you're carrying a heavy suitcase, especially at our age, it just exhausting.

I had an incredible stay at Prestige Rooms Chiaia in Naples. The room was great and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable experience. The bed was confortable and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel's location in the Chiaia neighborhood was perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere yet close to the city center. Even though the street where the hotel is located has really dense traffic, the double windows were amazingly soundproof, didn't hear a pip. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. As a plus, they offer free plane and sparkling water bottles and breakfast items that are renewed every day. Would come back for sure.
