Well located and good accommodations, my only bad experience is related to the admin team and the poor management. We went to the first time and asked to be accommodated for breakfast to good since unfortunately the time for the breakfast and our tours clashed. The staff said that won’t be a problem but guess what! The first day to pick up the boxes, they forgot about it and nobody knew nothing, they rushed and threw out 1 frozen cucumber, 1 tomate , 1 boiled egg and some spreadable on a box. A completely fiasco and kind of a joke, when we requested to cancel the rest of the breakfast (that was already paid), we were told that need to address it with the manager, the one that was never in the hotel or had any other person responsible to solved the situation. Until this time we haven’t heard from them!

Great value in a quiet, yet central street very close to the beach. Smallish, but very functional rooms - but you don't come to Tel Aviv to spend time in the hotel room anyway. Super friendly and helpful staff that makes you feel most welcome. The breakfast is outstanding with lots of fresh, healthy and very tasty food. The bar and restaurant are also very good with friendly and very attentive staff. I’d book the Prima City again in a heartbeat.

Decent hotel at a nice location near Tel Aviv Beach. The room was clean and well designed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel restaurant also serves decent sushi. The only issue was the weird antique elevators. I had to open the outside door manually to enter and exit. They are also very small. The area is relatively quiet. Room also had good sound proofing.
