        Great view, great room on the upper floor with a fabulous view, all glass! But front desk isn't always manned / answering calls. Soooo... Try the unmarked buzzer on Sundays to be let inside by their partner or call other MAG hotel in town for help. Hope it helps you

        Location, location, location. This hotel is 1 minute away from the palace, 2 minutes away from the bay. You have restaurants, bakeries, clubs within walking distance. (Yes, central club is next door, but you can’t hear the music as your rooms are on floor 3 or above). Staff were extremely kind with tips and Info on where to dine.

        Xmmm....the hotel is in a very good location ( just outside of the Palace), and the area around has anything you want ( restaurants, takeaway, kiosks, mini supermarkets). On the other hand, it is an issue the location of the hotel when you want to use Uber or Bolt. The drivers can not pick you up from in front of the hotel and ask you to walk 400m far from the entrance of the hotel to the meeting point. The problem is when you carry luggage and there is heavy rain....not so rare in Split during Spring season. Regarding the rooms, they are clean and spacious with good Wi-Fi. But there is no window that can open and get some fresh air. At the reception, you will struggle to communicate in English and the breakfast which is served in another place and not at the premises of the same hotel is very poor. At the same price, you could have a better hotel's room, for these reasons I put 2 stars.

        Not really a hotel. It's at the top of a closed down shopping centre. The room had mold on the wall, bed was like concrete, however the day staff were nice and helpful. Staff were the only reason for the higher rating

        This is a great hotel just up the hill from the water. Its not as far away from the action of the old town as it looks on the map. Walk out the front door and turn left and in 15 steps your on old town. Enjoy the walk through the paved streets and plazas as you head down to the water and enjoy all the shopping and bars along the way. The hotel is clean fresh and modern. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. You enter through the shop and go up the lift to level 4. The reception can book you tours and offer some great ideas on activities. Our room was very quiet. Fine wines avail in room. We found quite a few long black hairs in the room but honestly the place was so clean we just took this as an unfortunate find. I would highly recommend staying here if you are after a modern fresh room at the doorstep of old town.
