We had such a nice stay at the B&B! The room was big and the style of the whole building was so lovely. We stayed at the see-view room, which was enchantingly every morning and by night. The beach was 10 minutes by feet. Luigi was the nicest and politest host, every morning he took care of the breakfast and asked us how we were doing. We were even allowed to stay after the checkout, so we could wait for our airport transfer. The contact with Francesca went smoothly and she was really interested. We will definitely come back once!

Amazing location and decoration. I was kindky upgraded to the room with the sea view and it was magic. It is really a gem of architecture by Giuliano Andrea dell’Uva. The inner room with no sea view is also charming and unaffected by the road noises. Very good recommendation by NyTimes 36 hours

A beautiful room with an amazing view across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Spectacular!! Unfortunately that is where it ends. Neither 3G or 4G works in the room, which leaves the B&B WiFi as the only option. It also does not work, as other reviewers have noted. Francesca claimed a technician came the day after reporting the problem. Although my Iphone's WiFi signal strength showed 3 bars, neither Google, WhatsApp or Gmail could be accessed. Forget booking a restaurant, or anything else, unless you go downstairs and stand in the street. About time this B&B installed a 3G/4G booster, and dumped Fast Web as their internet supplier. The room, as the name implies, is on the first floor facing Via Posillipo. During the day this is an extremely busy, polluted, and noisy street. Quieter at night. If you plan to be in the room during the day, the window must be closed, which spoils the experience of using the balcony and its amazing view. There is another room to the rear of the building which is charming and quiet. Neither Francesca or Allesandro, the owners, greeted me at checkin or checkout. Instead I was met by Luigi, a sympathetic young man, with a fear of Covid. I am elderly, but there was no offer of assistance with my luggage. The shower drain was filthy and full of hair. This was reported to Luigi who did nothing about it. Both times, Luigi's lack of action or assistance, was Covid related. All lodgings in Italy are mandated by law to have enhanced cleaning. Primo Piano are in breach of these regulations in this instance. It is a shame this beautiful space has been compromised by lack of service, or attention to its customers needs. If these faults were resolved I would have no hesitation in giving Primo Piano Posillipo 5 stars.

Marvelous !!! The B&B is really beautiful in a historic building on the first hill of Posillipo. The tastefully furnished rooms are spacious, functional and very clean. Convenient location and away from the chaos, you can quickly reach the Mergellina seafront and the historic center. Francesca was superb, very kind and very professional. Top marks for everything ❤️
