First time we stayed at an Hard Rock Hotel and I can say it didn't disappoint! We went for a Superior Room, quite spacious, huge and comfortable bed, well decorated, modern and with digital light switches. The hotel itself also looks amazing all themed with music, so a bonus for music fans like us! The elevators were fun (digital display with info and parties that were happening at the hotel), they were also quite fast! Staff was extremely nice and attentive. We'll definitely return. PS - even though there were parties/events every day we were amazed, rooms was quiet and we weren't disturbed by it

As far as 5 Star hotels go, this one is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. More of a nice star 4 than a 5. The first room we checked into the lights kept on turning off- apparently faulty wiring and they switched the room for us. Maybe or may not be related, but the same night we woke up to the fire alarm blaring at 2am. Apparently, a cable fire in the kitchen and the whole hotel had to evacuate and stay out for a while in the literally freezing weather. There was no apology from the hotel for the mismanagement. You'd think they'd at least extend the breakfast serving hours for those guests that slept in thanks to their night's sleep disrupted. Also, DO NOT BUY the dinner river cruise they try to sell you at the time of check in. They said it was the best way to experience the city and when I asked if there were other options to compare, they said it was the only dinner cruise around. Well, upon a little research it turned out there were several with solid reviews except the one they sell at the hotel had like 4 and all of them 1 to 2 stars... thankfully, I was able to cancel my reservation, otherwise, I would've been pissed. Some front desk staff were nice, but weren't too friendly. Overall, it was an average stay I gave 3 stars because I expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Room is comfortable and up to standard for those wanting an American type feel. The showers are great with great water pressure. Only downside, if there is music blaring from somewhere in the hotel, you can hear it and when you call the front desk, no one answers to rectify the issue. Literally til 2am the music from whoever room was pounding.

Did not know what to expect. Budapest is a replica of London (Uk) the hotel was Lovely, and the breakfast is a buffet with many choices daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I expected the hotel to be more situated near the main stream of shops, but it is tucked away in the narrow back streets. You have to pay a security deposit upon arrival. £50 for each night that you stay. We paid £150 and 1 week later, we are still awaiting our refund, which we have had to chase as they did not process this. They also did this to other members of our group who also stayed. But overall, a lovey hotel to stay in.

Location, style, comfort, friendliness of staff - all 5 stars! My favourite detail was the JBL speaker in the room that allowed us to set any desired atmosphere. Also, the gym thus small, very well equipped and sufficient! Staff seem to have a good time working there. Well done Hard Rock Hotel Budapest!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
