The only thing that we liked it was a professional front desk team, who allowed us to cancel our booking and to stay two nights only instead of five. Special thanks to Natalia. I would rate this residence (not a hotel) as a 3 stars property. Location is okay, but not central, as it’s written. Rooms are spacious, but the entire building has open corridors, and it feels like you enter/exit from the street. Maybe it’s acceptable in the summer, but not in the winter! Rooms have no telephone, there are no amenities in the room. Every time you need something, you have to go downstairs. You can hear your neighbor clearly too, first night we couldn’t sleep till 5 am. Would I recommend this property? Not.

Absolutely beautiful suites, modern, comfortable, quiet, spacious... As previous guests have mentioned, the bath/shower is badly designed! It's not the first accommodation in Hungary that this has been the case. It seems that the bath/shower amenity is only really for a bath, it's difficult to have a comfortable shower as you have to hold the shower head.. it was also difficult to adjust the temperature.. Please install a rain like shower head! This would make it LUXURIOUS! thank you

Great value for the money! The apartment we got was great. It was very clean and comfortable. They even provide champagne for free. We loved the smart TV so we were able to watch whatever we wanted. We also got to use the spa bath which was super nice. I would definitely stay here again! There's a parking garage for an additional 10 euros a night.

A fantastic place to stay during your time in Budapest. Clean, pleasant, and our room was huge - it had a kitchen, sofas, and a washing machine. The staff is kind and ready to assist. We had some travel obstacles and had to arrive with a one-day delay - a huge thank you to the hotel managers and staff who understood the situation and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable.

Hotel is wonderful. Well appointed, spacious rooms, great base for travelling the city. Two minutes walk from Metro line 4 and Tram lines 4/6. Staff super friendly. Great cafe's around for breakfast and whilst the hotel breakfast seemed super busy, we felt we got really good value looking just outside the door. Charming area of the city. Would happily book again when we return to Budapest.
