The hotel is walking distance away from the airport The rooms are clean huge, basic amenities are provided The really enjoyed the buffet. They have wide variety of food. That was really impressive However, it is advisable to teach basic English People are coming from everywhere in the world and English is the common language that we all speak but not the hotel and the restaurant staff

Given that Pullman hotel is a 5-star hotel, we feel the hospitality can be improved. We went to the check-in counter and the procedure is fast, however we don't feel exceptionally luxurious and welcoming into this hotel. It's a fuss-free boutique hotel vibes. Rooms are great but it feels dark.

The hotel is fine. But you might not be able to get in there because of the fantastic immigration check point. If you are flying transit via Guangzhou the immigration check will take unnecessary forever and you will freeze to death in the hole where you await you being processed to get 24/144 hour visa free before you get to the hotel. However, get a room with a bath so you thaw your feet in it. Best to avoid Guangzhou at all if you care about your health.
