My family stay at this 4-star Parisian hotel fell short of expectations. The rooms, though adequately furnished, lacked the expected charm and sophistication for a four-star establishment. The decor felt dated, and amenities were not as modern as anticipated. Few sections of the room were dusty in particular. The dining experience left much to be desired. The menu was limited, and the quality of the food did not match the standard one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Service during meals was slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, impacting the overall dining satisfaction. Service, unfortunately, was inconsistent throughout my stay. While some staff members were courteous, others seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guest needs. This inconsistency created a less-than-optimal experience. Facilities, including the fitness center and the heated pool, were functional but will require additional staff to ensure the facility remains usable by others. This properties USP is the holiday village kind of location with easy access to transportation, entertainment and restaurants Overall, the hotel's below-average performance in room quality, food, service, and facilities leaves room for improvement to meet the expected standards of a four-star accommodation in the vibrant city of Paris

Currently in the hotel, we have have 2 rooms. One smells like a changing room and the other smells like something's died in the air conditioning. I've had to leave the window open and air con off... Probably great in the summer but it's January. The other room has a door that will not deadlock. Called reception over an hour ago and still No1...

Overall 9/10. Great friendly service, local restaurants were good, nice Deluxe room. Upgraded to make sure we didn’t have to move rooms. Bit far from city centre and no milk available in hotel (I had to go buy some from local shop) takes a bit of the shine off.
