I was very disappointed based on the phenomenal reviews I read online. Here are the details: 1. This is located right next to a hospital so be ready for sirens ALL night. 2. The rooms were so small you had no place to even open a suitcase (no, this is not "normal" for Paris). 3. My thermostat didn't work (apparently there's some kind of temp limits set by the hotel); the window was open in my room when I first entered and it was like 35F inside. I had to ask the front desk to adjust the temperature three times before it became bearable. 4. The bathroom was smaller than my RV bathroom and the door opened straight to the bed. 5. Personal preference but the white walls blinded me. So, I spent one night and left. If that was my only hotel experience in Paris, I'd have been convinced that Paris hotels are dumps. Paris is an incomparably beautiful city, and there are wonderful hotels to stay at. Just not this one.

Lovely clean room. A bit small both the room and the bathroom but we had everything we needed. The most important is the cleanliness and the overall appearance which was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location was also great for us. Away from the crowds but lots of restaurants right outside the hotel. We had some questions (by email) for the hotel before arrival and the reply wasn’t very informative. That’s the only point of improvement I can mention.

Hôtel in Paris When my family and Asian friends visit Paris, they always want to stay in a hotel close to the center but also close to Chinatown. I recommended a couple of hotels but the one that everyone love is that one. Very good location, close to public transport, metro line 5 and 7, and many buses. Lots of French restaurants, bars and shopping around. And there is a wellness center: sauna, gym and tropical shower. Sometimes, when I went out with my friends from overseas, I booked one room for me at the hotel because the price is affordable. Just a little bit more than if I have to pay the taxi to drive me go home. Very nice service.

This hotel is under renovation at the moment (December 2023) and smells very strongly of paint and varnish in the rooms. My wife and I booked it for a romantic getaway, walked into the room and realized we couldn't spend two nights inhaling those fumes, ate the cost of the reservation and booked a room at a hotel next door. Make sure the renos are done before you book here!

Firstly, the staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and spoke English very well! I stayed together with my girlfriend who was sick the first few days. The room on the street side was a little noisy (constant police Sirenes) during the night but the manager allowed us to switch rooms for the remaining days. The breakfast was delicious, also nice to be able to take express breakfast when you want to hit the road. The location (besides the busy street) was great, its close to the 5th arrondissement which has great bars and shops. The spa (sauna/shower) were more than fine and are available without extra payment on request. The Gym is very basic, but due to the space available in the basement its understandable. The rooms are neat and tidy, cosy but small, like everywhere is Paris. Great shower! We also liked that we could leave our luggage on departure date and take a shower in the evening after our stay before our trip back home. Another big plus were the freshly baked pastries and hot chocolate you can always grab in the lobby, don’t miss out! Thank you once again for a great stay and we will be back once in summer!
