Stayed 1 night for the weekend. I've stayed at this resort multiple times and I really like the atmosphere. The staff are all polite and attentive, most especially the staff at the executive lounge. Breakfast is also excellent.

Even though we check in late on new years eve the staff are so attentive. I did not expect that there is a welcome message on the bed. The food is great and the party is memorable especially for my two kids. The fruit selection for the breakfast is all sweet and juicy. Wish that I could have stayed a little bit longer but have to rush due to prior commitment. Will stay again at the property.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the best part besides location was the service at the beach club. Rooms need renovations and housekeeping needs to be more pleasant and do a better job. Upon checking in, no shampoo or shower gel. No washcloths left. No scale in room. Bellman need more pleasant attitude as well. Overall not a 5 star hotel by any means.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms, 2nights and with late check out until 4pm. On our last day, as me and my aunties returned from lunch around 2.30pm we found my elderly uncle sitting in the hallway, his head against the wall with all his luggage. When I asked why he's outside, he said at 12nn a cleaner and another hotel staff asked him to vacate the room because Check-out is at 12nn otherwise he will be asked to pay 1000 Baht/hr and so, feeling confused and scared about the charges he vacated the room and had been waiting in the hallway since 12nn. As I've mentioned my uncle is an elderly, he struggles in using his phone plus the hotel have a very bad WiFi reception at our floor and he couldn't contact us. The booking was under my name and I didn't even receive any notice regarding this situation while it's happening nor staff helped my uncle in reaching us. My uncle wasn't even assisted with his luggage to wait in the lobby where it's more comfortable if the hotel was so desperate to make the room that I've paid for available to the next customer. I called reception immediately to asked about what happened and was informed that I will get a call back which I never received. Then while still in our rooms 2 cleaning staff rolled in with their trolley and asked again about our check out time, they were clueless that we have availed a late check-out. On check out at reception I again mentioned what happened. The staff were apologetic but was unable to explain what happened. I was refunded the late check out fee but we are all scared from this incident which is extremely unfortunate as it was our first time in Thailand. Our experience in Ibis Bangkok was better considering Pullman Pattaya is rated 5-stars. I've stayed in a lot of hotels both Accor and non Accor hotels but this is the worse experience I've ever had.
