This hotel was fine I think it's definitely overpriced for the quality. Our first room had a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink and the shower leaked everywhere in the bathroom. The second room was better but the toilet seat and lid was only bolted on the right side. The one pipe in the shower also had a leak in it and the bracket for sliding the shower head up and down was ziptied in place The bed was clean and in general the room was clean. Im not sure I could recommend this hotel especially if your coming from a western country they don't seem to repair stuff properly in the room and you might be able to find an equivalent or better hotel in the area for around the same price or cheaper

Just for the pool is worth 5 stars overall . The room (417 ) was a bit small with no space to unpack ( opening up 3 suitcases was impossible). For 2 people the room could be a good decent size. They have the most amazing rooftop pool - which is not even crowded, with the perfect amount of chlorine in the water and enough sun beds to chill. There is a shady area for those who don’t want to stay under the direct sun ( such a plus for those who don’t want to tan for hours ) . On the same floor of the pool , there is a restaurant offering amazing food and drinks . In the premises they have laundry service with same or next day collection ( they won’t take it to your room ) . The receptionist at our arrival was really nice, let us use the pool while our room was getting cleaned - as we arrived 3 hours before the actual checkin time . She provided the towels as well.

Great place to stay. Close to surin beach which wasn’t as tourists as Bang Tao. Close to leamsing beach which is a gem! Staff were friendly and arranged taxi we needed. Room was all we needed and was clean. Had a fridge, hob and cookware. Huge bed. Had aircon which was a bit temperamental at times but good enough.

This is great for a cheap hotel. The rooms aren't the newest; there are knicks on the countertops and cabinets etc but for the price it's very comfortable and roomy. There's a very nice rooftop pool but absolutely no Wi-Fi up there so you cannot go lounging and play on your phone; this did interfere with my social life and make people wonder if I was okay so check in with your family before going up to the rooftop

It’s been 5 days in a row with lots of renovations noise!!!! 1- The place is dirty as hell. The cleaners do not have vacuum cleaners, nor floor clothes; only dirty brooms. 2- Every time the cleaners use the dirty brooms, they bring half of the beach sand to the room, along with all type of dirts from elsewhere. 3- I wet the floor cloth and clean up the floor MYSELF everyday. 4- When we arrived, I decided to clean-up ourselves many of the furniture, since they were disgusting, including the fridge, the exhaust fan filters, the cutlery and the living room rack. 5- The WIFI doesn’t work at ALL. When it’s available (very rare), the speed is up to 3Mb/s or 4Mb/s. I am using my mobile as router every single day. 6- They are doing renovations with lots of noise. There is one ongoing right now in the front door. They didn’t even advised, nor offered a relocation. UNBELIEVABLE. 7- They leave one of the 2 air-conditioners at the gym disabled. Hot as hell. 8- The cleaners knock the door every day to clean-up the room. If you are sleeping, they open the door and start calling you!!! HAHAHAHAHA… seriously. I have no words. 9- The sink tap wasn’t designed to the sink it’s attached to. This means the distance of water flow and the sink it’s just 1 inch, which means one doesn’t have enough space to wash your hands. 10- The light bulbs are too weak. They do not brighten enough the room and the balcony light is burnt out. 11- The corridors are dark. 12- The air-conditioner in our room is old, yellowish, weak, dirty and water drops from it. 13- The place looks abandoned and they don’t care about the well being of guests.
