All hotel staff are very friendly. We booked a Deluxe Suite directly through the hotel website and were upgraded upon check-in to an Ocean View Suite with its own covered patio with chairs. The complimentary breakfast and coffee is amazing, with great breakfast options. Those same options are available with 24/7 room service any day, but no other options for room service. The hotel is perfectly located along a main road with its own beach and swim area, and oceanside bar and pool. Easy walking distance to a couple of restaurants, bars, and 7-Elevens. ATMs and cash exchange booths everywhere. For those going to the Full Moon Party, it was a very quick walk to the nearest pier where we bought round trip boat tickets for 1,400B. Saved the taxi ride there and back (although technically included if you don’t want to walk the two minutes). Airport pickup was free and return trip is 400B. Late check-out was the equivalent of a half-nights room rate.

Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. Only annoying thing is the key is welded to the card that powers the electric so Aircon goes off when you leave meaning you return to a roasting hot room. Lovely pool and right on the beach . Staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel closeby to the airport and pier. Delicious breakfast, clean and big rooms, great restaurant and bar in front of the sea with amazing staff, always smiling and helpful! Thank you for taking great care of us, everything was perfect

The hotel has a great value for its price. The hotel is not located in the most central area of Koh Samui, but it is very close to the airport and the area from which all the boats depart for Ko Phangan and the other islands. We had trouble finding a socket in the room, we only had one available and it was a bummer. The towels in the bathroom were dirty but for one night it was more than fine for us, mainly because it was a 3 minute walk to the boat we had to take. Overall, I reccomend this hotel due the service and the location
