Its just an year old hotel, everything about the hotel is new and fresh. Pros 1. Rooms are cozy, clean, they have flask, mini fridge, dental kit, always hot water, dry cleaning services etc etc. 2. Reception and hotel is new luxury vibe plus highly professional staff. 3. Location is good and huge parking available 4. They have their own car rental service to ser bangkok 5.They have luggage keeping service you can check out and come back later to collect your luggage they will keep in reception and give you safety tag which is highly convenient. And there is weight machine to check your luggage weight. 6. Location is good its near malls, supermarkets 7.11 and most importantly airport link railway station its just less than 10 min walk. Cons 1. They have 1000 security deposit which they will return by check out but still some may not agree. 2. Windows are locked and cent be opened i wish they can be opened because sometimes in small room you will get suffocated. Over all brilliant hotel and deserve more attention.

Nothing special except the new hotel building. -The towel smelled so bad of chlorine that it stuck to my body. -The shower water is unstable, then fast, then slow, and the hot water is also unstable. -Breakfast doesn't have much variety and not tasty -The electric socket next to the bed didn't work. - Aircon not cold, only slightly cool even though the temperature has been adjusted to the lowest temperature -The facial tissue ran out and was not refilled - The staff who cleans the rooms never say hello or greet them when they meet them and have unfriendly faces. - the room floor is dirty, if you don't wear sandals, the soles of your feet will definitely be dirty black I compare all condition with the hotel behind Pure Eleven ,the name is Vin*e hotel , which has much better quality of service and facilities, for example -There are 4 bottles of drinking water and snacks every day in the room -The towels smell good - Soap and shampoo are provided in large bottles so enough for 2 people . -Breakfast has lots of variety and is delicious. - the room clean and smells good - the staff who cleans the rooms polite & smiles. - I get free photo with Traditional Thai custome - Free Thai Massage for 1 hour if you stay for 4 day /3 night. - Free Airport transfer You have to fix all the min condition that have been mentioned if you want to compete with the better hotels behind you..... It's a shame that the hotel is new but the staff and facilities are not ready and are not all out in serving guests

Location is GREAT. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers buggy services to certain (known) locations around the hotel, which could decrease walking time to places which are too near for Grab.

Stayed here in September. Pros: 1) Within 5-10 mins walking distance to key malls - Platinum & Central World 2) Complimentary buggy service to Pratu Nam Market &/or nearest BTS station 3) Within a safe estate surrounded by apartments & other private houses 4) clean rooms & strong air conditioning! Cons: 1) Noise insulation is not the best. We were lucky & came during a non-peak period so noise levels were still okay. But we could still hear people talking outside or morning alarms from adjacent rooms 2) Hotel location is central but still a good 20-30 mins away (via Grab) to places like Chinatown 3) Food options are limited around the area so you do need to travel out to eat nicer & more value-for-money street food

The location is good where it’s near Pratunam market and Platinum mall. The hotel also provides buggy service to the 2 places as mentioned which is a plus point. However, when we first arrive we saw that the pillow case was dirty (like blood stain) and we wanted to use the landline phone to call the receptionist, but there were no instructions/which number to call to reach them. So we have went down personally to ask for a change of the pillow case where they said they will send people to change them. No one actually came up at all and we waited for at least 2 hours and decided not to wait anymore and just put the pillow a side. The next day, as we forgot to hang up the “Please make room” as instructed before we went out where we admit is our fault, hence the room was not cleaned for that day. When we came back to the hotel we went down to the reception to get bottled water, they actually record down that we asked for water. The next morning before we head out, we went to the reception to ask for a bottle of water, the reception told us that if we are getting the water now, there will be no water given during the room cleaning service as they are only giving 2 bottles of water per day to each room.
