I couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay in Prague, everything thanks to the amazing receptionist who helped us with everything we needed and was at our disposal at any moment. We are extremely grateful for your kindness and amazed by your professionalism. The hotel room was huge, clean, modern, and had it all for a short stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Hotel itself was amazing. Clean rooms, good amenities, comfy beds. Breakfast was standard, okay selection. Reception is only open 8:00-20:00 which is fine, but it meant that nobody was there when we arrived. We had to try and get our keycards over the phone which was very complicated. However, when reception was open, they were absolutely lovely. I’d stay again but would maybe ensure I arrive before 8pm.

Very stylish hotel. Breakfast was a good variety and well priced. Entrance hard to find on a late night arrival. Entrance is down stairs so mobility challenged people may have difficulties. I would recommend using the Justin app for access. Overall a fantastic hotel and looking forward to staying there again

A nice hotel with good room size. It is located very conveniently in walking distance to the Old Town and Mala strana with all those famous architectural and historical beauties people usually want to see. At the same time it is not in the prime area, so the cost is affordable. The bed was really comfortable, but pillow was hard and too thin... may be they should provide two pillows like that per person... Unfortunately those glass bathroom and shower rooms are a bit too much as there is not even slight attempt to sound proof it. Especially considering that they are very close to the bed. Shower for some reson has no hook... so u have to get undress before getting in inside 🤪
