air conditioner too cold and can't be adjust from room,my baby shivering...breakfast just only porridge and 2 kind of side dishes,and some bread...not too bad but feel pricey...and feel not worthed to pay for those amount..but after all still give them 4 star for the facilities

When I checked in at night, I asked the front desk staff if breakfast was provided. She said that breakfast was included and would be placed in front of the door. I didn't see breakfast when I woke up the next morning, so I called the front desk to inquire. The front desk told me that I had to get up in the morning and call the front desk to tell them that we needed breakfast before it would be delivered. The front desk said to ask the kitchen to see if there was anything left. Later, I I called back and asked if there was a daytime supervisor. The lady who answered the phone said yes and the call was hung up again. About a minute later, the phone in the room rang and another woman called. I informed her of the situation, and she replied that the night shift staff had informed me and posted announcements, and said she would respond to the call. I told him that if I stayed in other motels and encountered this kind of situation, they would ask, can I buy breakfast for you nearby? Will handle it actively, and then he replied to me and said that he would report to their supervisor that the service this time was terrible.

The air conditioner was super noisy, and I could hear the cleaning staff talking from time to time. The bed was slanted because of the tens of thousands of rounds of fighting, and the sofa was so smelly. I booked it for two days due to work needs. I had insomnia on the first day and couldn't sleep until dawn. I couldn't stay on the second day without giving a refund.

The KTV has no screen, there is dust everywhere in the room (on the shelves, etc.), and the room design is very strange. There is a window directly above the bed, which is very bright. It is impossible to sleep until you wake up naturally. You have to go out to eat breakfast by yourself (maybe self-service That kind), anyway, for this price... it’s better to stay in another room haha
