A very good hotel in a great location. I had a classic king room on the 11th floor and it was very nice. Super comfy bed and the shower was great. The breakfast was very nice along with the 24/7 free coffee/tea/water. The staff are all professional and courteous. Overall I liked LaCle very much and would return.

The hotel overall is an excellent choice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had wonderful breakfast outdoor. The room is nice and clean. Around the corner you can find many local restaurants. The MRT is just a couple of minutes away.

Room, foods & drinks, and other facilities were okay for us. But so sorry that one of front office/receptionist (who has thin body, long hear, has a dental braces on her teeth and in charged on Saturday night 28102023) was so very bad when we asked about receipt and our tax id number issues. She gave us very bad gesture and attitude, she was ignorant and looked didn’t want to help at all. So grateful that another receptionist (man) was very helpful to solve our issues and willingness to hear and answer our every complaint and question. We are very appreciate it. HEY BAD WOMAN RECEPTIONIST, at least if you can’t help anything you can just show your good attitude as the good services is the main/important axis/pivot as well as comments, complaints, critics are very common for hotel/other service companies. You have to capable to serve customers well because they give you money.

A very comfortable stay in a good location for the City. So many nearby restaurants and shops make this a convenient stop. I very much appreciated use of the laundry room for free and also the luggage store whist I travel around Taiwan. The complimentary tea or coffee in the lounge is also a nice touch. Reception staff very helpful when trying to get me local car rental details. I’d stay here again.
