Ok rooms are a little tight . Also Turkey is tight for space so deal with it. Amazing hotel. Location is everything . You Have a steep walk down to the beach area but once you are in the sea forget about it . Staff here are really really very good . Above average . I was always taken care of and never had one complaint . Top shelf there . The front desk women were very kind after my teeth operation . I really can’t thank them enough . A bad thing is I never tipped . I used my card the whole time and just didn’t do it . Karma is always good though and I’ll leave some good karma here 😎

Our 2nd stay in this hotel was excellent, as was the 1st. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, it was lovely to be welcomed back. The room was spotless and spacious with a sea view. Breakfast was excellent (one small criticism....if you are there for dental treatment and have no teeth, there is little choice of food that you can eat and you would rather eat it in the privacy of your room) There is a menu specifically designed for dental patients but this really contains very little that someone with no teeth can eat and if this is the situation for several days, it becomes unhealthy. I am a chef myself and more imagination could be applied to this issue. However in every other respect we found the hotel to be perfect

I have to give special mention to a few staff, Pembe, Memduh, Enis, Nelia & Samet. They were extremely friendly and helpful and continued to make all guest welcome. The daily service was excellent. I have to say that my favourite drink was the lemonada which helped sooth me and cleanse my pallet whilst having dental treatment. More fruit should be available for breakfast and should at least offer juices as the bare minimum. More option needs to be added to the menu for people who are having dental treatment. The quality of rooms does need some improvement. We were moved from a standard room to a family room this part due to the standard room being inadequate (Broken Sower Head) we also had one night in an deluxe room which also had a bad smell of sewer from the shower and with the heat this was unpleasant. The cleaning staff also need improvement. We had towels that had marks on them, not replenishing coffee mugs and on occasions did not clean second room. Just very rushed, don’t want to put anyone off as this is a beautiful location with friendly staff and a lovely hotel. This is more for management improvement to ensure and keep 4 star standard. I for one would refer people and definitely will be going back.

Ideal location and superb service I had to check out to move to another hotel, because they were fully booked but they kept my luggage in atorage and I could use the facilities for as long as I needed. Room was clean and had a nice view of the sea, but the negative is that it smelt like cigarette smoke. The closest beach was literally a few steps down off the property.
