Service in the hotel outstanding! Every staff member amazing! Food venues need to get a little training from their hotel counterparts…. Not bad service by any means but not as attentive as the hotel staff. Food was excellent. Rooms lovely. Location maybe a block away from action however that means a quieter evening so makes me happy. Roof top bar great view/vibe. Will stay again.

Way over priced, it's just a hotel room (and a very dark one at that). We paid $350 for the night (in Nov) and found that depending on when you book and who you book with, prices vary wildly ($450 -$250 - same room). Service was excellent, we were allowed an early check in and late check out. Roof top bar is awesome (as was the service up there). You're better off staying at the new and way cheaper TravelLodge nearby and walking to visit the roof top bar.

This hotel was pretty disappointing. I booked a class of room that alleged to have city or harbor views. But my view was directly into a parking lot. I asked to be moved. Was moved to a room that faced into an office building. And if you stood at the window and craned your neck you could see the water down the street. The hotel just isn’t tall enough or situated high enough to ever get city views. And you could only get a harbor view from the top floor on one side of the building. The hotel is very aesthetic but the rooms are not thoughtfully designed. There’s a master switch to turn off all the lights, which is convenient. But then you have to turn the master switch back on; turning on all the lights, in order to turn the bathroom light on. Which is annoying if you’re alone and really annoying if you’re with someone. The closet doors are made of mesh metal which slam and reverberate loudly when you close. The walls are thin enough that I could hear the people next to me closing their closet doors. The food at both the downstairs restaurant and the rooftop at were nice.
