Booked a king suite with jacuzzi a month before my Christmas party and roughly a week before the Christmas party I got a email telling me that my room was no longer available because they were now doing construction Not sure who thought it was a great idea to start renovation in prime Christmas party time when you are right next to a very nice banquet hall but great job Then they offer me a different room which was just a standard king room for 8 $ less than my premium jacuzzi room When I questioned them about a better price due to the room change and inconvenience they offered me the downgraded room for 12$ cheaper for a total of 20$ off Soni called around and explained the situation to other hotels and found a king jacuzzi room for 80 $ cheaper and it is 6 min up the road The person on the phone at quality inn was borderline rude very un acceptable for customer relations
