Never ever stay in this dump of a hotel. The rooms are disgusting. They smell of smoke and marijuana. The fixtures are rusted and desks are broken and taped up. I have stayed in a lot of motels in my travels and I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. We immediately left and we’re not even offered any type of refund. This should not be part of the Choice group. It should be bulldozed and totally rebuilt

On Nov 20, 2023, my family (my wife, son, and I) recently stayed for one night at the Quality Inn Midtown in Savannah, GA room 445. Our overall experience was positive, marked by the clean and comfortable standards of the room. We were particularly impressed with the staff, who exhibited both competence and friendliness throughout our stay. However, the check-in process did leave a bit to be desired. Conducting this process through a bullet-proof glass window, while standing outside, felt a bit unwelcoming. This setup also hinted at concerns about the neighborhood's safety, a sentiment seemingly shared by the hotel's owner. Despite this, check-out was smooth and hassle-free. Parking at the hotel was convenient, which was a plus for us. The room itself was functional and met our basic needs for the short stay. A highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It offered a variety of hot food options and had a generous selection. This aspect of our stay was very enjoyable and appreciated. In summary, while we had no direct problems during our stay, the initial impression given by the check-in process and the implications about the neighborhood's safety are points for potential guests to consider. That said, the hotel's cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast, and the staff's service were commendable.

I went there with my husband 2 days ago. He had his exam to appear nearby. I don’t want to be rude. It was cheap for us to stay as a student but As soon as we entered the room, we didn’t like the smell, it was really disgusting. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. Toilet was a bit dirty. We found some hairs on the towel. When I was looking for the hotels nearby his test location, we found yours, cheap and it said in the google 3-star hotel, reviews were also good as per the website but I got surprised to see the real version. I hope you all will work on it. Or maybe update the website. Thank you!

I was there for a day, a couple of weeks ago and it was the worst experience ever. Nothing was clean – the room, corridors, staircase or the surroundings. It was meant to be smoke free room but all I noticed was cigarette burn holes on the bed sheets and blankets. The door lock wasn’t working right. The toilet flush had a weird sound (very loud) every single time we use it. The tap water had some kinda black particles with a weird smell to it, that’s awful. They had only one towel on the room, when we called them and asked for a couple more the lady at the reception wanted me to come and pick up from the lobby as there were no one at that time. That’s not how you treat your customers. Breakfast was very basic with half cooked bacon. There is nothing really good to mention about this place except for where it is located – pretty close to the downtown and other historic places. There should definitely be some other good places in Savannah at this price.

Only stayed one night. The rooms were fine. The heater was broken or something but we only stayed there for the night so it didn't matter. I didn't have time to bring it to the attention to anyone either. Beds are stiff and squeaky. But I still slept okay. However you can hear people above you so I suggest staying on the 3rd floor. It was mostly quiet. The area was nice. The staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. The food was fine. Can't complain. Overall it was good.
