I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel where I recently stayed. Throughout my two-week visit, the room was inadequately maintained, with initial cleaning concerns persisting despite my requests. Basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and water were only provided on the first day, leaving me to manage the essentials myself. Despite multiple attempts to secure room cleaning services, my requests went unanswered, forcing me to forego the pursuit eventually. Towel replacements were infrequent, and when requested, they were retained without replacement. The fridge remained unclean despite repeated appeals, prompting me to procure cleaning supplies. The overall hygiene of the room, including the cover, was subpar, contributing to an uncomfortable stay. The level of service received does not align with the standards expected from a reputable establishment. Communication with the staff proved challenging, and their payment policies were unreasonably rigid, creating an unwelcome atmosphere. In comparison to my experiences in various other locations all around the world, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this hotel fails to meet even basic hospitality expectations. The pricing does not correlate with the service quality provided. I recommend significant improvements to uphold the reputation of this establishment.

It's been an awesome experience with Queens hotel, their daily breakfast is quite yummy and their customer service is spot-on. I'm looking forward to visiting Dubai again,so as to have the same experience with the hotel. Keep the good work guys.

Generally I use hotel for business meetings, but I never found a place to spend sometime peacefully in deira, because of crowed, I was recommended by a client friend in deira for QUEEN'S HOTEL, really it was good enough then my imagination, very cool snd spacious restaurant at mezzanine floor with pool facing, reception staff mr. shafi and saju are quite nice and helpful, treated gently , restaurant staff is also nice , I had enjoyed a lot of variety in restaurant specially muska tea Samosa, Fresh Juices, and biryani. Combo meals and thali are very competitive and delicious like daal makhni, paneer bhurji parotha are awesome, Recommended if you are staying in deira,
