A very modern looking hotel with a nice room layout perfect for business stay. Great bathroom with a large shower you could stand in all day. Only criticism is that I was given two single sheets on a Double bed which made things a little awkward when trying to tuck myself into bed. However staff were always very nice, breakfast was of a good standard to start a day in Berlin.

COCKROACHES in BED! The most horrible hotel experience! The staff was not surprised by this and didn’t seem to be any sorry about it. I got another room immediately. But this fact, that there are bugs in the rooms (in BED!) seemed to be known for them. Next morning I couldn’t speak to the hotel manager - because he was not there and unreachable. They refused to share with me his phone number. Generally the staff was quite indifferent and not helpful. Apart of the cockroaches, the room was not properly clean - dust was quite present everywhere. The only positive thing is a nice design of the room, but what is use of it when it’s not clean? Unbelievable and shameful, especially for a 4 star hotel!

The false advertising in this hotel is so bad. Also they charge 100 euros when you check in. It is not a 4 star hotel. The location is great however the reality of the hotel is not like the pictures. The building is worn down, it looks so bad from the outside. The elevator is old and small. The rooms are so dusty they do not use conditioner for the towels so they are so stiff. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

I booked this hotel as a city break for my boyfriend and I. I had high expectations due to both reviews and the fact it is a 4* hotel. Sadly, what I arrived it was not the case. The lobby, stairwell and corridors were intensely gloomy, there was a large hole in the window of the stairwell which had not been patched up and blew cold air through it. Once I arrived into my room, it looked pleasant enough however. Although, after looking about, there was a large brown stain on the mesh curtain, stains all up and down the headboard and dirty handprints on the frosted glass bathroom door. The glasses in the bathroom were dirty with hard specks stuck to it (removed when picked at and rinsed) and the duvet cover had blue stains which looked like paint. The room was also very dusty. I found the staff to not be that friendly and quite detached too. Overall, I definitely wouldn't rate this hotel a 4* and i'd question who gave it its 4* in the first place. The only positive thing I would have to say about this hotel is the area in which it is located. Other than that, I feel like I've wasted a lot of money on this hotel.
