I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly during check-in, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from public transport and major tourist attractions. But what truly stood out was the extensive breakfast buffet – an impressive selection that left me spoilt for choice. I also dined at the in-house restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the fine dining quality at the same price as other nearby restaurants. It's so convenient not to have to venture out, especially considering the higher costs of eating out and alcoholic beverages in Finland by international standards. This hotel certainly deserves a 5-star rating and comes highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast with coffee machine and omelette bar, plus all the staples, nice fresh juice; all good quality. Location is central and great neighbourhood. Room was comfortable and nice but a bit on the older side. For the price very good and I would stay again.

The staff was VERY friendly, which for Helsinki is saying a lot. However, our beds were lumpy/saggy, uncomfortable and they forgot our room service after day three (they apologized). I have never heard of a 4 star hotel that only provided room service once every three days. Also the tub was a slow drain that kept getting worse each time we showered and one of the lights was broken by the bed. Lastly, the curtains had no way to really open and close them so we had to reach up and fling them vigorously to get them open and closed. Do not recommend staying here. It wasn’t really cheap either.

Great location, great service as well. But I won't stay here again. I was so happy to finally leave Tehy have really rigid policies and this is my first bad experience since before even stepping foot in the hotel. I made a mistake and booked without breakfast so they wouldn't cancel. Or issue a receipt that had both breakfast and my room. Or charge me the rate of booking a breakfast directly with the room and this is specific not just to this hotel but the whole Radisson company follows this The Internet in the room was unusable. Absolute sh.t. i couldn't get any work done Bathrooms stink. They have a sewage smell coming out of them The air conditioning cannot be adjusted The chromecast is outdated The room service never cleaned the room during my 5 day stay. They came in brought new coffee and tea bags. But didn't even make the bed or clean anything The pillows are flat The blankets have a tendency to warm up and become really really hot. So i woke up sweating multiple times. The beds are so high and the bed side tables are so low. So it was really annoying to reach for things. You will feel like you're in prison because the windows are so tiny and overlook other windows of adjacent buildings The receptionist was amazing and catered to every need but I think the hotel needs some serious renovation. I stayed at hotel haaga the last time. It was amazing and much cheaper. So generally i wouldn't recommend this place.
