We had a very good time in this hotel. The staff is polite and welcoming, the room service is always available. Our room was clean, there was a mini bar and some complimentary snacks. The breakfast has a great veriety of food, we enjoyed especially the fresh fruit, smoothies, nuts, and sweets like cakes and croissants. The location is also good, it's just a little outside the main centre, there are many buses going all the time and a metro just below the hotel. If you want to walk to the centre it will take 30 to 40 minutes.

Hotel was very clean and staff were always very helpful with whatever we needed. Breakfast was the best part as there was so much to choose from and one long table all of sweets and pastries. All the staff were extremely nice and every hour they have a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Spanish steps. Rooms are clean and all amenities are provided. The hotel restaurant is very nice with a beautiful view and there is a supermarket also very close by if you choose to buy food and snacks. I would recommend this hotel.

Disgraceful. It was evening when I checked into a room that was not cleaned after the previous guests left. I reported it to the reception, who dismissed me by saying their job is welcoming guests and not cleaning rooms, so I was told I had to sleep in dirty sheets and use dirty towels because there were no other rooms available (however going onto their website you could book a room for that night so there were rooms available!). Poor service, extremely low level of cleanliness and staff unwilling to work.
