Nothing special about the hotel. It is a decent hotel but not worth the price you pay for. The hotel seriously needs refurbishment as the rooms are worn out. The staff is not in their best mood all the time and somehow feels lost. There were occasions where we had to call the room service 3 times for the same thing. The restaurant staff looks over worked too - breakfast choices are not the best. The only staff I liked were the one at the spa. There are better hotels in the area that offers better services and accommodation at the same or lesser price.

It was a great experience thank you. Good hotel location a short walk from Istikal Street, with lots of eateries and shopping nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and changes to the hot dishes daily. We had two junior suites, which were extremely spacious, clean and well equipped and the views over the Golden Horn are breath taking. Many thanks to all and special thanks to Fahriye, who was always on hand to help. Will definitely stay on my next visit and can happily recommend the hotel to others.

I stayed on the 4th floor at the Radisson Blu from 15 to 18 Jan 2024. The service all around was excellent & the location ideal for my work trip. It is just around the corner of the Galata tower, and you can easily take a quick walk across the bridge to visit the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and many more. The rooms need a bit of maintenance (the power socket by my desk was loose), and I was a disappointed that the USB charging points didn't work, but the cleaning staff made up for this fully by ensuring an immaculately clean room when I got back to the hotel each day.
