On arrival, even though we paid in advance, I got asked for a £50 security depost, I wish this was made clearer when I booked the room. I was confused as I've never been asked for a deposit in a hotel before. The rooms were nice, the sofa in the room had wobbly legs and a big dent in the back of it. We could hear the road noise. breakfast was chaos in the morning. The quality of the breakfast was great. maybe introduce a booking system so there's not long queues in the morning.

I’ve stayed at the hotel several times over the last month and every stay has been without fault. Great location for a visit to London with the tube station being around the corner. The hotel staff are amazing in particularly the lady that has greeted me for breakfast with a smile every day and the gentleman manning the reception most evenings. The rooms are a little dated, but still decorated to a high standard. All the beds have been comfortable, and in room amenities have been good. I will return to this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel! I've been staying here over the last couple of months for work and it's started to feel like a second home. The staff are brilliant, with a special mention for the lady that is the host each morning at breakfast - always smiling & happy to see us! I have stayed in numerous rooms within the hotel and they have all been great, with basic amenities included. The tube station that is very close by is also an added bonus, as well as the hotel's location within Kensington. I'd definitely recommend this hotel in the future and look forward to staying here again during January!
