Service was above and beyond, the front desk employees were very kind, and those working the buffet in the mornings were very courteous. Rooms were clean but I felt they were a bit boring; I do understand the Scandinavian minimalism though. Heated bathroom floors were lovely in winter. Close to the ferry which was a plus but far from the city center, which I should’ve planned better.

Rooms are clean and great. Staff are friendly and understanding. The location is perfect near the train staion and the city center with Many choices of food and shopping. Breakfast is great.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Seaside Helsinki. The hotel's location by the waterfront provided breathtaking views, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Amr is the go to person who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The restaurant also impressed with its delicious cuisine and one of the best steaks.I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Seaside Helsinki for its stunning views, cozy rooms, and culinary experience

I have stayed at numerous Radissons in Finland. This one was the first time. Landed at 330 am and was give a room, only to be shocked beyond belief. The bathing area was just 24 inches wide and 30 inches deep. The WC area was also a disappointment with just (around) 18 inches of space. The bed and the room in itself was like a matchbox. Didn't bother to go back downstairs since I was too tired from my long flight. I complained the same to the GM the next morning, Ms. Vivika and she very kindly helped me with my concern. The new room was fairly decent and I spent the rest of my week in good comfort.
