Raffles Istanbul

The service is great, the location is excellent, and the staff is helpful, I have two comments 1- hotel took a reservation amount on the room, and this limits my shopping in Istanbul, in addition to the long waiting period for the amount that I have not received yet 2- I simply cannot book the room from the Booking app!

It was a serene and rejuvenating experience that truly added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I cannot praise the concierge team at Raffles Istanbul enough, especially Mete, Erdem, and Deniz. Their exceptional knowledge and dedication to providing personalized service were instrumental in making our stay truly memorable. As we had specific dietary requirements, finding suitable dining options in Istanbul proved to be quite challenging. However, Deniz and Mete went above and beyond, curating a list of the best dining establishments that catered to our needs. Their expertise and genuine care were invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful for their assistance. Breakfast at Isokyo, the hotel's restaurant, was a delightful experience. The attentive servers ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Although we only dined there twice during our week-long stay, we were impressed by the quality and variety of the offerings. Moreover, the option to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of our suite was a significant advantage and further added to the flexibility and convenience of our stay. In conclusion, our stay at Raffles Istanbul was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional service, luxurious suites, and the dedicated team that catered to our every need.
