Location! Location! Location! Loved the location, serene, beautiful, quite, and close to the nature. It's a bit of a walk to reach the beach and other markets but it's a good walk and safe in the night too. Just beware of the monkeys in the evening (they love fruits 😁) The pool area is lovely and their in house restaurant also has great food. Breakfast has a good spread but limited options for vegetarians and vegans. A lot of dishes have eggs and meat with no substitutes. The view from the breakfast spot is beautiful too! Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an early boat to catch to visit Phi Phi and requested them to pack breakfast for us, breakfast packed for our day trip was okayish- they even messed up our veg/non veg options. The rooms are spacious, the view from the balcony is stunning too. On our first day it rained and the water leaked inside our room through the balcony door but they sent folks to help us almost immediately. Overall, a mix of greats and some things to improve for this to be 5 star review.

Fantastic stay here with my wife, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with making us feel welcome. The view from our room was lovely and the pool was nice. Looks like they’ve rectified negative feedback from other guests as we didn’t have a single issue when staying here. Nice to see a hotel listen to the feedback they’re given. Would recommend this resort to anyone

Had an OK stay overall, with a wonderful view from our room. But there are some definite areas that could be improved upon. First, when we arrived by boat with our luggage, we called and messaged and were told our transfer would come and get us. No one came, so my partner had to push our heavy case up the hill for 15 minutes in hot weather. Not the welcome we would expect, and we were so upset we almost didn't stay. To improve, much clearer instructions needed on how transfer works. Also, the room smelled strongly of sewage and the plug was so slow-draining that it flooded the shower. The buffet-style breakfast was truly terrible, and they'd be better off just serving something simple like fresh fruit and coffee than trying to do the whole buffet breakfast thing. Other than those parts, the pool was actually pretty good and the room was decent and comfortable enough (although air con needs to be replaced).
