If you prioritize excellent customer service and beautiful interiors with amazing mountains and sea views, this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Phuket. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were super clean and modern. Amazing morning buffet options. Just keep a few things in mind to make your stay even more perfect: - Make sure to check your room view while booking (it's listed in the room description) - The hotel is a 17 minutes walk from the beach, dress and prep accordingly - On the day of the checkout, If you leave early, you can ask the staff nicely and they'll pack your food in advance.

Myself and my husband stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is stunning and very clean. It is also in an excellent location. Unfortunately we were staying on the second floor and due to facing the street resulted in us getting absolutely no sleep for the entire night. When I say it was noisy, it actually felt like there were no windows on the room. Such a shame as this place has great potential but it wouldn’t be somewhere we would stay again.

I stayed here for 4 days. Check-in was really great, I was assisted by Fai (I think) and her colleague. They were patient and really helpful because I had a friend who could make it the last minute so we needed an extra bed. She patiently explained my options, e.g. paying 500 THB per night for the sofa bed to be made into a bed or to downgrade to a twin room at no extra charge. The location is about 2km from Bangla Road/Patong Beach and I feel like it's a walkable distance although the hotel is located on a hill. This also means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the loud party streets. Many amenities nearby, including the hotel's own cafe/restaurant, there are also cheap laundrettes nearby, many nice local restaurants, bubble tea shops, etc, and a 7-11 and Supercheap (supermarket) all within walking distance. My room was spacious and comfortable. A lot of space for me to put my clothes and laundry. Housekeeping was always friendly and does a good job. Staff always around 24/7 and always greet you with a hearty smile. All in all I would for sure return again.

Great stay in Rak Elegant hotel. First of all great service of the reception with the manager of the hotel Don. So kind, respectful, taking care everything you may ask. I'm a host to and they have very very good service. The room are great, brand new, very clean, decorated. The pool is great- the decoration of the lobby and everything is perfect. The breakfast is very good. I so recommend this place. Thank you so much 🙏
