I enjoyed the food and view at this Ramada hotel. The rooms and beds were also great. But was disappointed with the service and noise. The laundry service was inconvenient, requiring me to personally bring my clothes to reception. Additionally, my white t-shirt was returned with blue spots. Noise was a major issue throughout my stay: loud bar noise until midnight, disturbances from the connected room at 4 AM, room service noise starting at 7 AM, and construction noise beginning at 10 AM. It's suitable for deep sleepers or those with earplugs. The location is great, with many nearby restaurants, malls, and activities. The highlight was the helpful night shift receptionist. I wish I can send him my greetings from this review. Good option for a stay at Langkawi. Sea facing rooms are very good . Only negative point I felt very limited or no options we can say for Vegetarians. Chef at the breakfast restaurant did not have basic knowledge what are the ingredients used in veg food they were totally confused expected better in a brand like Ramada.

This story is based on real facts. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was looking for a place close to Koh Lipe. My first impression was that the harbor and sunset were beautiful. There is a good path for taking a walk. The problem is at night. The bar had to protest several times because people were drinking and laughing and making noise. There are monkeys running around and making noise on the ceiling, the sound of cars waking you up by the window, and the sound of the TV in the next room sounds like a night club. When I complained, I was actually reported. This room is not soundproofed at all. All kinds of sounds tormented me. I will never repeat this terrible mistake again. I left the hotel after less than 3 hours of sleep.

Hi , I stayed here with my family for 3 nights . The location was awesome , rooms were clean and cool , however, the restaurant staff was a bit slow for refilling the dishes, and also the day when we were checking out we needed to use the ladies bathroom , the soap was empty to wash our hands, I asked front desk to refill the soap , there was a guy working there and refused to do so … he disrespectfully responded “the soap is refilled in the evenings only so you have to wait till then … “ no matter what religion people have … every one that leaves the bathroom have to wash their hands to keep themselves and everybody safe … So ridiculous to this attitude … no recommend to anyone …
