1. Fridge is not working, I requested them to fix and it wasn’t fixed the next day. So I requested to change room and the reception asked what do I want to keep in the fridge, I said baklava, so she told me to store it at the restaurant fridge. 2. Door is broken, unable to lock the door (including the security lock on top and the lock below the door knob), so I didn’t sleep well during my stay here. 3. The bed is not a twin bed, they merged two single beds so its uncomfortable. I requested to change room, and the reception said all the rooms are the same, they don’t have a twin bed. 4. Water in the shower area flows down the drain very slowly, so it gets flooded in 2-3 minutes. Photo is taken after finished showering, shower water still there. 5. Housekeeping didn’t do their job properly. Tables and floor were sticky. On the 1st night, they forgotten to place the complimentary water and coffee/tea, we had to go to the reception to collect. On the 2nd night they remembered to provide water, but the tables were still sticky with stains. I would not choose this hotel again, but would suggest hotel management to improve on the above to provide a better stay for other potential customers.

My boyfriend and I booked a superior room from 26th to 27th. I was really aceptical simce we had only stayed at hilton before and were tryimg a different hotel. My suspicions got verified as they told us we have to bring propf that we are married?? We did not select the honeymoon suite. I didn’t expect Ramada to be ruled by bigots. Stick with hilton. They respect ur decisions. Son olarak türkçe bir soru sormak istiyorum otele, şeriatla mı yönetiliyorsunuz?

A decently good hotel for stay over. Hotel don’t have any facilities, but the room is decently good. They are into green initiatives, where they install motion detector in corridors to save energy and reminds guests to keep their towels on the rack for re-use. Hotel breakfast is decently good, closer to international taste, and serves good spread of food. However, meat items are not many, just 1-2 items, with mainly salad, bread, etc. Hotel is pretty far from city centre, about 40 mins drive away. Overall, ok for just a stay over.

The airlines booked this hotel after they delayed our flight. The service is horrible. We arrived 4:00 am and we are supposed to have 3 beds. There were only 2, and after 1 hour wait they brought the 3rd without bedsheets! The receptionist was impolite and raised his voice saying he is busy checking in other passengers and i should be grateful im in a room!!!! Never Turkish Airlines and never this hotel.

The room was really pretty and spacious, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Service and communication was really bad. When checking in, we didn't get any information about breakfast time, opening hours of Restaurant etc. I tried to call room service and was hung up 3 times just because the employee couldn't speak english. Location is outside of the city and not recommended for sightseeing Tourists.
