Very unclean and small room. Although we have booked a room and came to check it beforehand, the staff changed their mind and we were stuck in a very small room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The sheets were filthy with cigarettes burns. The bathroom was a nightmare, very small and hard to move in. It was an awful night in that room. Also the staff were rude and greedy with us because we were a bit late due to a traffic accident that paralyzed Istanbul, so it wasn’t our fault. They tried to cancel the booking or make it more expensive.
