A memorable stay. The river view is amazing - I think I could sit and watch the river boats all day :) but our stay was just a few nights and oh so much to do and see in Bangkok. The complimentary river boat was wonderful. Just being on the river was cool 😎 Room was wonderful, beautiful soaking tub and large sitting area as well as bathroom. Luxurious hallways, rooms and lobby areas.

Nice big rooms. Easy to use boat to get to other locations. Just make sure taxi driver takes you to the right hotel as there are a few Ramada plaza hotels. I was dropped off to the wrong one ( my fault) Good location. There is a good market just 500meters down the road. Safe location. Very convenient for local shops and reputable massage places

The staff is so friendly. The manager, Luciano, was very helpful. We had some older women in our party. The staff was always watching to see if she needed assistance going down steps, getting food from the buffet for breakfast. Mike , an employee working as a bell hop was always smiling and helpful. He spoke English which was a big plus. My friends stay here a lot. I definitely would stay here again. I have never met such a friendly and happy staff.

Very poor.....in service...very poor in communication very poor in hospitality very poor in food. Very poor in room cleaning They are available to fine u only. Beware of fine. .too high fine .. 5000 bath for single pen mark on. Sofa...even by kids ....they are ready to fine. Too high. Never select. This hotel . Even free of charges...as they will take money from. Fine u... Specially Beware of using pen. Specially warn yr child. ..not to use pen. Even single line on. Wall or sofa.....they will fine u. Too high. .. 5000 to 10000 bath
