I had an absolutely amazing stay here. The concierge is very friendly. The suite was huge, with a complete living room and a separate bed room with a king bed. Shower, bathtub maybe a bit dated. But clean and the hot water didn't ran out. Amazing view all over KL. Nice location. Every thing is in walking distance. I enjoyed staying here for 3 days. Oh and the price! So cheap.

Arrived today Unfortunately had to pull our own bags up the stairs-no assistance. Also, no welcome drink on check-in and no porter to assist- took our own bags up to our room. Check-in was very quick, we came early so left bags in lobby and returned at 3 to check-in. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room is very spacious and clean. Location is good, not far from sight-seeing. First night tonight, will update further after I check out in 3 days time.

We stayed in a studio king. Literally a studio, with small kitchenette, dining and seating area, balcony, safe, fridge, microwave, kettle +drinks. There was a standard sized shower room/bathroom. There's an infinity pool on the 9th floor, also where breakfast is so it's quite a busy space during meal times. Otherwise it's quite quiet with decent views over the city below/above. Breakfast was a decent selection, enough for a choice for a couple of days. Eggs cooked to order. Location was pretty good, with most things within easy distance for walking or other transport. All in all, this is a decent option for a city centre hotel.

Stayed here last week for four nights. Rooms were of a good standard and cleaned daily. Service was very good. The washing machines you could use were a great addition, very much needed for us walking around in that hot weather. Breakfast was okay, the egg station was a nice touch. The pool was lovely but I wish it had been in the sun, I don’t like to sunbathe in the shade. The only downside to this hotel is the location, it is extremely close to the strips of bars and our balcony looked out onto it. We asked for a quiet room as the music goes on until 3am and were told there were no quiet rooms available in the hotel.
