I recently stayed at Signature 1 Hotel, Barsha Heights, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's breakfast spread was not only delicious but also diverse, catering to various preferences. The staff, particularly Mary, demonstrated outstanding hospitality, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Their attentiveness and warmth added a personal touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend Signature 1 Hotel for a delightful stay with top-notch service. 5 stars!

I stayed here for nine nights during the COP28 conference, and it was one of my best hotel experiences. From check-in to check-out I have only praise for the hotel and its staff. The room was modern, well appointed and impeccably clean. Most importantly for me it was very quiet with no noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms. I chose half board and enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant, on the pleasant terrace except for Saturday night when there was live entertainment (music and dance) in the dining room. The food was varied, abundant and of good quality (with omelets made to order at breakfast). I took advantage of the late dinner hours until 11 pm (the only minor improvement I would suggest is to serve orange juice rather than a sweetened orange drink at breakfast). The restaurant staff was extraordinarily courteous, attentive and efficient. On my last morning after checking out I went for breakfast, and soon after a hotel staff member found me and brought my house and car keys which I had forgotten in the room! Later when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage I inquired if I had also left an item of clothing in the room and it too was returned to me. I didn't have time to use the rooftop swimming pool or the bar. The hotel is located in a business district, ten minutes walking from the Dubai Internet City metro station. There is a row of restaurants next to the hotel and two supermarkets nearby.

It was an exceptionally well maintained and clean rooms. This is my 3rd time here in this hotel and the staffs here are very friendly and easily available to help you whenever you need them. Special mention to Naresh from the house keeping team who gave me that comfort level of being in the room while he was cleaning and the housekeeping staffs are not scary as it used to be with few other hotels. The front office supervisor Faizan is out of box customer service. I never seen somebody being so friendly and with smile on the face even during the busy hours and helping customers in the queue. The receptionist Albert made my check in so easy and he made sure that I get the expected room. Thank you guys for your wonderful service for a man from South India. See you guys soon…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Signature1, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's amenities, service, and accommodations were top-notch, exceeding my expectations. From the comfortable rooms to the attentive staff, everything contributed to a wonderful stay. However, my experience post-booking encountered a hiccup. I had to cancel one of my reserved rooms shortly after booking, expecting a refund for the unused room. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts and requests, I haven't received the refund as of yet. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the issue regarding the refund for the unused room has left me a bit disappointed. I had hoped for a smoother process in this aspect, especially considering the otherwise excellent service I received during my stay. I would strongly recommend the hotel based on the great experience I had while staying there. However, potential guests might want to clarify the cancellation and refund policies to avoid any inconvenience later on. Despite this particular issue, my overall impression of the hotel remains positive due to its exceptional service and facilities. I hope the matter regarding the refund can be resolved, as it would further enhance the overall experience for guests.

The good: The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good and the front desk staff was fairly nice every time I engaged with them. The bad: The rooms and hotel itself is not clean. I didn’t take my shoes off while in my room because the floors were so stained and matted. All the cards with naked women out front also made the place seem cheap. The hotel processed my payment incorrectly and called me incessantly while I was in the shower and even came to my room after 20 minutes of calling. And finally, they refused to give me a receipt for my stay. They would not print it. They would not email it. I’ve called a dozen times and have emailed the same with no traction. I would never stay here again or recommend it.
