It was a fantastic experience! My kid enjoyed a wonderful and rewarding vacation with me. The care and solicitude of the personnel was unparalleled, and we were both treated with remarkable sublimity. Throughout the vacation, everything was taken care of. I am eternally grateful!!!

I very much enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was more than wonderful. I especially thank Mr. Elias at the reception, who does everything he can to help and the smile never leaves his face. And also Mr. Mario. What pleased me most was the hotel’s wonderful view of the Raouche Rock. I loved you, Beirut, and I loved staying in this hotel...

I stayed in the hotel from 25/12 till 28/12/23. Even though I was on the 14th floor, the suite was very noisy due to its proximity to the main corniche. some of the staff were nice and friendly like (Mohammed, Faisal..etc), others were rude and greedy. Overall it was unpleasant experience, and definitely will not try it again.

Place is managed so badly, staff are often nice but some come off as rude and annoying. Good luck trying to book the rooftop because it’s always full and busy and I’ve been trying for one week. Food is horrible and all frozen, and the breakfast buffet is even worse. The only good thing in the entire hotel is the air conditioning in the rooms. Won’t be coming here again.

Booked in advance to stay here and they said that rooms were assigned based on availability the day of even though I booked sea view of the castle rocks. 4th floor is not view of the castle rocks so I waited 2 and a half hours for them to prepare the proper room on the 8th floor. (It was very clear they felt very bad about this and tried to be accomodating but for a reservation made weeks in advance it was a lack of organization) They then allowed me to redo my booking twice to account for changes in circumstances in planning. Their not friendly right off the bat with rebookings but you can tell they try. Hotel is an old building and has a great location and very nice rooms. Only not a 4 star review due to the circumstances and slight difficulty with rebooking and such but they will help you if you persist. Front desk employees need to be given more authority to make changes and adjustments on their own. It's quite annoying to wait and watch them call back to a central office for adjustments to reservations at what ought to be a very nice hotel for the cost. Great location. Very nice room. Old building however and overly beurocratical and delayed refunds and system adjustments.
