Accommodation itself was okay. Definitely didn’t feel like a “4-star hotel” however. Positives: good location, has gym, pool and sauna. Negatives: no airport pick-up for international travelers, staff speak very little English, customer service is near non-existent, air conditioners and shower units are old and don’t function well. Overall, it was just an okay stay. I definitely wouldn’t come back to stay here tho, that’s for sure!

Excellent service and a comfy, well-maintained room. The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly, even allowing us to check-in early and check-out late for no extra cost! The pool area is nice, the pool is a bit small but a great temperature with both shallow (0.7 m) and deeper sections. This is a hotel I recommend very highly. The staff are amazing.

The room is generously sized with a large bed, desk and kitchenette. The pool is nice. There is a gym with cardio equipment, a few machines and dumbbells. It definitely doesn't seem busy (early January) as I have only seen one other guest. Noise might be a problem for some as I've heard a fairly loud generator running on occasion in what sounds like the next room. This would definitely keep some people awake if running. They made a mistake with our booking (double bed instead of two singles), confirmed we'd requested the twin room and acknowledged their error but then told us they'd fix it the next day. This place isn't busy so not sure why they couldn't fix it immediately. Anyway, they never ended up rectifying it. The location is a short walk to the nearby dive shops, and a little further to the pier. The current construction has meant we can't cross the road so have to walk along the road until there is a break in the construction. Fine for adults but not ideal with kids.

Modern appartment hotel near the Chalong pier, 200 baht with taxi. Cleaning is only ok, stains on the tables etc, but clean sheets and bed, hard mattress in suite, soft i double room. Pool is clean and nice, especially for small children, but smaller than the picture and very noisy, so forget about sleeping in the sun. Also avoid pool side rooms, as they have the heavy traffic. Other rooms are quiet. Recommended stay and good value.
