Friendly hotel, rooms are a little dated. Fantastic powerful shower, cubical Doors were not water tight, which flooded the floor. Staff are very friendly, however breakfast service is need of attention Good location with a good selection of shops and places to eat

A clean friendly hotel. Comfortable bed,good shower, a little tired in places,however as a place to sleep it was ok. Good places to eat nearby and and good shopping center.

I tried it. It was very good. It's in the middle and very near to metro so you don't have to pay any taxi from hotel to metro. The breakfast is delicious. Comfortable mattress. Clean room

very good overall experience, hotel is clean and staff are very friendly, we felt at home with staff treating us like family, and responding to any request. room was clean and bedding is very clean and comfortable, room well insulated and very quite. Location is great, in the middle of shopping, restaurants, malls, entertainment, medical facilities with everything within few minutes walking distance. definitely recommend the hotel stayed in the Comfort Room 210 sq. feet, room was clean, bedding was clean and comfortable, good house keeping.

This was the most disgusting and disappointing booking I ever had in my life. I regret every minute I spent in this "hotel". They don't have the sense of cleanliness. After checking in I was shocked with level of dirty stuff in the room. I arrived in the evening after long flight and no way to look for another option. Everything in the room is off-white color including the towels and bedding. Not only that but also with disgusting stains from all colors. This forced me to sleep without bed cover and to keep my N95 face mask on. The room is very small and literally like a grave (2x2 m). The shower located above the toilet seat and you have to open your legs so you don't touch it while showering. The sink is full with dirt. This level of poor cleaning and disinfectant measures is unacceptable specially during this ongoing devastating epidemic, and this give answer on why we are not able to control yet.
