Prices are fair, rooms are clean and staff are always friendly. They make me feel welcome every time I come here. Never have any issues and probably never will. Thank you red roof for always providing a welcoming and safe space.

Very friendly staff and great location. I always appreciate when I can walk to a convenience store and a place for breakfast, and this place is close to more than one of each. Plus it's only a couple minutes by car to a nice downtown area near the Duke campus. The rooms are older and it's right by the highway, so you have to accept some highway noise. I've stayed in several Red Roof Inns in the RDU area and all around, this one is my favorite.

Should have got a red flag when they asked if i wanted a microwave and fridge, but I was tired of driving and this hotel was close to the interstate.The heater in the room is close to the ceiling and was off when i got in the room so it was too cold to shower for hours...the mattress comfortable but the bed was very noisy getting in and out of it. I was awake to someone trying to access my room, apparently the desk double booked the room, didn't sleep well after that. I woke in the morning to a couple of baby roaches so I double checked my bag and checked out well before I intended to.

Good: Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I spoke to Griselda on the phone a couple of times before check-in and she was just as helpful and patient in person. It's located right by everything, basically. It's conveniently placed by gas, restaurants, shopping, and even grocery. The rooms were okay. They were clean and everything worked as it should. Good A/C, plenty of lighting. No pests, which was HUGE for me. The bed was comfortable.

Woke up to roaches in toilet, tub walls, floor and my bedside water cup. Commode had dried urine with pub hairs and in front of toilet. I arrived after a long day at hospital. Wish I had looked around better. Quickly grabbed my things after taking pictures of all this filth and went to front desk. Explained situation and want my money back NC Board of Healt needs to close this place down. I want my money back! I would give -10 .
