The staff is very temperamental. Sometimes they treat you with respect, and other times they're very dismissive. One young black lady in particular is very rude, and act as though we should be beyond grateful that she is doing the bare minimum of her job. They only have 1 ice machine in the lobby, of which they randomly lock whenever they don't want to do their jobs and service the lobby. You don't get change of sheets, no cleaning services, barely get tissue when requested.

At first when we checked in we were very sketched out because when we walked in we noticed the door halfway exposed, could see outside through the AC unit, and the sheets had pee stains or whatever (thank god we did not have a black light or else.) Every step I took in our room the floor was a different level, the toilet was loose and rocked. But we finally settled in and it was okay. For breakfast its like a pot luck style you could say, make your own pancakes on skillets you would use for camping, eggs/sausage/hard boiled eggs/sausage gravy kept in croc pots. Then like pop tarts and granola bars and such. Breakfast was good and no complaints on that. I didn’t interact much with the workers but they all seemed friendly, and the area seems like a good area. The hotel was not worth the $150 a night but we came for the race and every hotel jacks the rates up so we chose this hotel based off value/best reviews. You can tell there is no corporate help which it needs, it has good bones but just needs to be remodeled and cleaned up. Also the decorations for race weekend was cute.

It's a $60 hotel in the side of i95. What can you expect? It has clean beds for you to sleep on and a hot shower. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean (a little old, but they WERE clean), and you don't hear the highway tooich in the room.

These folks proved that a budget motel can still be run well. The room I was given was clean and properly stocked, I didn't notice any cleanliness issues or bugs like some other reviews. There was some partying going on because it was race weekend but nothing that would disturb most people, kind of fun actually. I got the feeling that owners/staff truly cared and did the best they could to please everybody. Breakfast was as good as ANY motel that I have ever had. Well done folks

Worst motel I have ever seen! DONT GO THERE! RUN AWAY! Dirty like crazy! Found 3 COCKROACHES: on the wall, in the bed, on the floor! ALL OF THEM ALIVE! At 23:00 Front desk answered to us: manager will get back to you in the morning! Leaving us with the option of sleeping with the cockroaches or leaving with out any refund! We left. Their rule: you have 10 minutes to run back to the front desk for a refund otherwise they don’t care about you! And if you find cockroaches! Still waiting for the phone call of the manager for his solution
