The children were very noisy even at 11pm, cannot rest properly. Already addressed them but useless. 3 days without mineral water during my 4 nights stay. Found cockroach in the bathroom.

This is quite possibly the worst place I've stayed at in my life. The only reason it gets 2 starts is that the people were very nice to me but the hotel itself was awful. Duvet had blood stains on it, bathroom had no soap, there wasn't any electricity when I first arrived, the Wi-Fi was fake I had to ask for the real one myself (it wasn't offered) to me. Honestly, the price is low so I didn't expect much but this is just...not okay. My suggestion is, save yourself the trouble, spend a little extra, find somewhere else

it was perfectly satisfied to stay here, the receptionist are really welcome, the room are clean, and really quiet at night. They need around 100k for deposit but will be refund when you check out. i'm sure i will be back here again.

I booked this room for my friend. It was my first time book a room at Reddoorz. I was interested in booking Reddoorz because the strategic place and high rating on internet. The hotel was the same building with dekost grogol. The room was good for the cheap hotel. We also got some promotions from Reddoorz and got some cash-back. They also provide with small purse containing bathroom amenities. We also got a room with windows view. However, I think the cleanliness should be improved. The hotel did not provide room the cleaning everyday. My friend once told them to clean the room but apparently they forgot. The other good thing about this place is the safety. At night, they close the road and limit the vehicle passes. I think this is pretty decent for a cheap hotel.
