I arrived at midnight very tired. The receptionist told me to pay in cash 150.000 for 1 room per night. I showed him that a room is currently available for 100.000 for this hotel online on Agoda. He said okay then book there. I did so, and immediately received a booking confirmation. The receptionist told me that he has not a received a booking from Agoda. In the process of figuring it out he was extremely unsupportive and did not help at all to get in contact with Agoda. Agoda support confirmed we that there is a booking. In the end I left because the receptionist was to proud to let me in. I am really shocked about how this person is allowed to be in touch with hotel guests
