I stayed here for 7 nights and would 100% stay here again given the price point. The location is amazing, just a block away from the Kyoto station west exit. 7-11 is right around the corner, with 2 malls within a 5-minute walk. Staff are helpful and nice. Suitcases can be stored under the bed so space wasn't an issue, even with a stroller. Breakfast is the same every morning but there's lots of variety. The only not-so-good thing (if I had to nitpick) is that we were unable to change the direction of the AC so that it's not blowing right at your head. Everything else was great!

This is a moderately priced hotel very well located close to the station. The staff were pleasant and helpful but didn't speak much English however, we got by with Google translate. The rooms are compact but well equipped and very clean. I don't know why but it felt a little bit like a hostel. There is a bar and a cafe type restaurant on site and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Good option if you are not asking for a lot with this price point. Reasonably priced, convenient location, 5 mins walk to station, quiet, room was clean and spacious enough to completely open my suitcase. The staff there though probably need more training with assisting customers . They dont seem to be very good with resolving problems. but all in all, still a positive experience to stay at their hotel.

I liked the minimalist design. The free drink provided was a nice touch after a long day traveling outside. Amenities were plenty but needed to make sure we grabbed those at the lobby prior to going up to our room. I love the wash cloths they provided. They also provided baby shampoo while we were there. You can also borrow umbrellas from them. Breakfast looks good but we didn't have a chance to try. On our last day, we shipped our luggage using Kuroneko at the front desk to our next hotel. The staff are very helpful. However, beware this process takes some time as they would need to fill out paperwork in Japanese, call the hotel to confirm you have a reservation with them prior to shipping and they take only cash. Sounds tedious but rewarding especially when you can enjoy the rest of your day hands free and cover more grounds not having to hunt for lockers.
