Stayed here for 2 nights as my flight was early in the morning. Location wise it's really convenient as it links to the airport and it would take you less than 15 minutes to arrive departure hall. However, the hotel room isn't up to my expectations for the price I paid. The toilet bowl wasn't entirely covered as usual toilet bowls would which allows me to noticed their rusty screws/parts which disgusted me. However, it did not affect any function of the toilet usage. The hotel actually allows you to push the luggage trolley up to your room. Pros would be it's a convenient way for you to use the trolley back as you don't have to push your luggages to departure hall with your own strength. Cons would be you'll be walking down the hallway with trolleys everywhere and this might obstruct the way to the lift. Hence, maybe the management could arrange the trolleys nicely at the lift lobby instead to provide a better aesthetics for tourist.

This is a very nice hotel attached to the Hong Kong airport. Signage is good, so you can find your way here from your plane by heading towards immigration, then picking up the signs for the hotel. Hotel. The room is very clean and the accommodations are nice and modern. If you're coming here from the United States, bring a power converter. The only outlets available in the room are those that are different from the ones we're used to. Check in was super easy, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are tons of transportation options just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

My New Year's evening stay at this 5-star hotel was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a luxurious experience. The hotel offers a plethora of facilities, including a well-maintained swimming pool and a spa that is a definite must-try. The aviation experience room adds a unique and enjoyable aspect to the stay. The buffet system for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offers an extensive selection of over 100 options even for vegetarians, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Don't miss out on their coconut ice cream—it's a definite highlight. Overall, I left thoroughly satisfied with my stay at this outstanding hotel.

Very convenient if you are staying at the airport. Only 10 minutes walk from the arrivals on the lower level. The rooms are dated but the views of the planes are amazing. On the plus side the bathroom has a bath tub. Has a lovely swimming pool. Went in to the terminal for food as there is lots to eat and a large 7Eleven for convenience. Very little noise in the room. Insulation is excellent. TV channels in English, 1 movie, 1 kid (dubbed), 1 news.

The rooms are more 3 star than 5 star because they are very dated. Our room had a musky smell. We moved to a new room but that was no better. The facilities are great with a wonderful gym, sauna and pool. We were not overly impressed with the food. Beef burger (£28) and pizza (£28k) was very pricey (I guess you are paying airport prices) and only OK. We greatly appreciated being so close to the airport (2 min walk) for an early flight and the staff were very attentive.
