It was a decent hotel, water pressure good, bed hard but comfortable, quiet room no outside noise issues, only issue is all the restaurants don't do room service and they are quite expensive, I found there was a vending machine on 3rd floor. Good hotel for a quick lay over. Sky deck on the roof is a nice little walk. Shower and bathroom was a little small so it your a larger person you might find the space a little cramped.

Remember to take cab to hotel. Costs about $30 to $40 HKD. I had a lot of trouble with check in and check out time. As I booked through third party website and in emails hotel staff did not help me with check in. If you are doing transit remember to check hotel timings for check in and check out When I reached reception. The staff was very easy going. They allowed me to stay little extra. My check in time was 3pm I arrived at 11pm. My flight was schedule at 5pm and because of staff I could leave my 2pm and have enough sleep. Typical checkout time is 12pm. Thank you for allowing me to stay 2 hours more. I had enough rest 👌 Clean room, friendly staff. Comfy place. Very close to airport. I highly recommend

Read the reviews carefully. Consider the price, make your choice! I was satisfied with the stay - the hotel was new and service was fine. The only down is that the queue for the shuttle can get quite long, such that there are folks who don't get to board.

Correction 20.01.2024 I booked this hotel for two nights for my another visit to HK that was disturbed by me contracting influenza and not being able to travel during those days. I was asking hotel to kindly understand my situation and even medical records were requested that I provided after visiting the hospital. However hotel decided not to understand me and value my 160 something US dollars paid for both nights more than a customers loyalty and overall experience. This is a very stingy and sad behavior of this hotel, so I will never ever book this hotel again and choose more expensive Sheraton nearby. This hotel doesn’t value customer and only values money above everything, very disrespectful and poor customer support.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been to. Save yourself the money. The front looks good, entrance looks promising, but once you step into the rooms… there’s stains on the toilet, hair in the shower, wobbly chairs. The room is so small, your luggage cannot even comfortably fit. The only reason I am giving a 2-star is because the food and service (cleaning and buffet team) otherwise No. The front desk has unfriendly service, they’re not welcoming at all. Don’t even bother asking them for help because they won’t even know themselves. Only benefit is that it’s near the airport, don’t stay here long term.
